As a consumer you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (except for any extra cost arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the refund without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence that you have sent them back. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
You must send the goods back, or hand them to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

In addition to your statutory right to cancel (14 days, see above), we grant you a voluntary, extended right of return of 60 days in total from receipt of the goods. Within this period you may test the product at home and, if you are not satisfied, return it without giving any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. The first return shipment is free of charge.
This voluntary satisfaction guarantee is an additional, contractual benefit. It does not affect or restrict your statutory right to cancel or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
