These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers in the United Kingdom. The seller and your contractual partner is SarNET, owner: Nikola Woznicka, In der Strothe 1, 49076 Osnabrück, Germany, e-mail: hello@stryde.life (hereinafter “we” or “seller”). Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. By clicking the order button (“Order with obligation to pay” or similar) you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your basket. A contract is formed when we accept your order by a separate order confirmation by e-mail or by dispatching the goods. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself amount to acceptance. We store the contract text and send you the order details by e-mail. The contract is available in English.
All prices shown are the final prices you pay and include any taxes that apply. Delivery within our delivery area (United Kingdom) is free. Any additional costs are shown separately before you place your order.
The payment methods shown during the order process are available, in particular Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay. The purchase price is due – depending on the chosen payment method – on conclusion of the contract or in accordance with the terms of the relevant payment service provider.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We usually dispatch within 24 hours of the contract being formed. The expected delivery time is 2–5 business days within the UK. Stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Further details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
As a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The details are set out in our Right to Cancel & Returns policy. In addition, we grant a voluntary, extended right of return, also described there.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. In particular, you may have the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Where we or the manufacturer additionally advertise a guarantee (for example a “2-year warranty”), the terms of that guarantee apply in addition to – and do not limit – your statutory rights.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. However, as a consumer you benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live; for UK consumers this means the protections of UK law – including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 – remain fully available to you, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions are unaffected.
