Where can I use STRYDE?
Anywhere with a power outlet and 130 × 55 cm of floor space. In the home office under your desk (from 68 cm clearance), in front of the TV, next to the bed, in the kitchen. At 22 kg with grip handles, you carry it easily between rooms.
How quiet is it really?
45 dB at 1.6 km/h, measured one metre from the pad. Quieter than a fridge (50 dB) or a library reading room. Calls are no problem — we tested 200 Zoom meetings on it before launch.
Can I jog on it?
No — STRYDE is built for walking (0.5 to 1.6 km/h). Jogging would void the warranty and shorten the belt's life. If you want to jog, buy a classic treadmill.
How does shipping work?
Free shipping within the EU, no minimum order. We ship from our warehouse — most orders arrive in about 2 business days, fully tracked.
Which country does it ship from? Are there customs fees?

Do I need an app?
No. You don't need an app — the magnetic remote is included and controls everything: start, stop, speed. There's a QR code on the pad if you want the optional companion app, which can log the distance and calories of your session.
